China Africa cooperation pursues the dream of modernization together, and Ai-BESS technology DC ecosystem "lights up" Africa!

On September 5, 2024, President Xi Jinping attended the opening ceremony of the Beijing Summit of the Forum on China Africa Cooperation and delivered a keynote speech titled "Joining Hands to Promote Modernization and Build a Community of Shared Future". The speech mentioned that China is willing to implement 30 clean energy projects in Africa, jointly build 30 joint laboratories, and help Africa achieve green development.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has released the "Forum on China Africa Cooperation - Beijing Action Plan (2025-2027)", which specifies that China will implement a special project for clean energy power supply, provide assistance to African countries for distributed photovoltaic energy storage systems, and support enterprises in building large-scale clean energy power generation projects in Africa.

In 2023, the trade volume between China and Africa reached a historical peak of 282.1 billion US dollars, and the year-on-year growth rate of trade volume between China and nearly half of African countries exceeded double digits. Africa's development is limitless, and its future is full of hope.

As long as the more than 2.8 billion Chinese and African people work together in the same direction, we will definitely be able to create brilliance on the path of modernization. China and Africa will jointly pursue the dream of modernization, leading the modernization path of developing countries around the world and writing a new chapter in building a community with a shared future for mankind.

In President Xi Jinping's keynote speech, there was an impressive sentence: China is willing to help Africa build a "green growth engine", narrow the gap in energy accessibility, adhere to the principle of common but differentiated responsibilities, and jointly promote global green and low-carbon transformation.

As one of the regions with the most abundant sunshine in the world, Africa has about 60% of the world's best solar energy resources. This unique natural condition provides enormous potential for the development of the photovoltaic industry.

In the wave of global green energy transformation, photovoltaic and energy storage systems can reduce their dependence on high carbon energy such as traditional coal-fired power generation while fully meeting the growing electricity demand of the African continent.

Reliable energy supply is crucial for economic development, especially in energy scarce regions like Africa, where renewable energy will provide decentralized and scalable solutions for power coverage.

More than 80% of the population without electricity resides in sub Saharan Africa, and 2.3 billion people worldwide still use open flames or primitive stoves for cooking. Approximately 3.7 million people die prematurely each year due to household air pollution, with women and children accounting for 60% of related early deaths in Africa alone.

Clean cooking can truly save lives, reduce the number of deaths from air pollution related diseases, protect the environment, and curb deforestation and greenhouse gas emissions. Popularizing clean cooking has significant benefits in terms of gender equality, health, and time-saving.
