A Brighter Tomorrow: Ai-BESS Technology and AGreatE's Impactful Innovation Journey in Cameroon

Ai-BESS Technology and its U.S. affiliate AGreatE successfully completed a productive visit to Cameroon, laying a solid foundation for the promotion of clean cooking and renewable energy solutions. The visit involved local teams in Douala and Yaoundé and included in-depth discussions with stakeholders from government departments, schools, healthcare institutions, research organizations, and ordinary households.

Through their innovative DC ecosystem, Ai-BESS Technology and AGreatE have provided efficient and sustainable energy solutions to African households and institutions, making electricity more accessible and significantly reducing the environmental burden caused by traditional energy consumption. This system has been piloted in some remote areas of Cameroon.

During the visit, stakeholders highly praised the contributions of the AGreatE project, particularly in addressing climate change and gender equality. By providing clean energy and innovative cooking solutions, the project has improved the living conditions of local women and children. Local healthcare institutions noted that reducing reliance on traditional wood and coal fuels for cooking has significantly decreased household air pollution and the incidence of respiratory diseases.

During the visit, the team also gathered valuable suggestions on how to expand the project's reach. Ai-BESS Technology plans to further strengthen its collaboration with local communities, optimize energy infrastructure, and provide more training opportunities.

The success of Ai-BESS Technology and AGreatE is not only due to their innovative clean energy technologies but also their ongoing commitment to collaboration and scaling. Deep partnerships with the University of Liverpool and CLEAN-Air(Africa) have provided strong academic support and data analysis capabilities. The project has become a model for sustainable development and energy transformation in Africa, particularly in Sub-Saharan Africa, where the adoption of clean energy is rising year by year.

Dr. Xu Zhiyong, Chairman of Ai-BESS Technology, highly praised the outcomes of the visit:
"The mission of Ai-BESS Technology and AGreatE is gaining global attention. Our projects demonstrate how clean energy can practically address critical issues such as climate change, health, and gender equality. Through collaboration with local partners and governments, we have achieved initial success in Cameroon and other African countries, but this is just the beginning."

This visit has injected new momentum into the future development of Ai-BESS Technology and AGreatE. The team will continue to integrate experiences and feedback from Cameroon and work with partners across Sub-Saharan Africa to promote clean energy solutions in more regions.

Looking ahead, the team plans to launch more similar projects in 2025, expand the coverage of their DC ecosystem, and deepen collaborations with clean energy advocates around the world to drive the application and popularization of clean energy technologies globally.
