AI-BESS Technology Signs Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement with Hunan Chenglingji New Port Area and Harbor Investment Group

On January 5, Zhejiang AI-BESS Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "AI-BESS Technology") and Hunan Chenglingji Xingang District Management Committee (hereinafter referred to as "Xingang District Management Committee") and Hunan Lingang Development Investment Group Co., Ltd. The company (hereinafter referred to as "Harbor Investment Group") signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement. The three parties will focus on key areas such as zero-emission microgrid energy storage, DC ecological products, and energy storage system integration, carry out comprehensive cooperation, give full play to their respective advantages, and build a new energy industry base integrating industry-academia-research. It is planned to build a 500MWh microgrid project to strives to become a zero-emission and low-carbon national demonstration industrial park.

Mr. Qian Danqing, Director of the Administrative Committee of Xingang District, Mr. Liu Fan, General Manager of Harbor Investment Group, and Mr. Zhu Ge, Deputy General Manager of AI-BESS Technology signed the cooperation agreement as the representatives of the three parties. Li Jianhua, Secretary of CPC Working Committee of Xingang District, Liu Zhuo, Deputy Director of Xingang District Management Committee, Li Yuedong, Vice Chairman of Harbor Investment Group, Dr. Xu Zhirong, Chairman of AI-BESS Technology and relevant persons in charge witnessed the signing ceremony and took a group photo together.

Hunan Chenglingji new port area built on the Yangtze River eight good port of Chenglingji port, location and transportation advantages, new energy upstream and downstream industry chain is rich in resources, energy storage industry development space is broad. This project cooperation is one of the important strategic layout of AI-BESS Technology. The total investment of the project amounted to 1 billion yuan and the initial planning of the project scale is 500MWh. Microgrid energy storage and related projects as the main body of the project, it is expected to reach production within 2-3 years after the annual revenue of 4.5 billion yuan, annual tax 250 million yuan.

The 14th Five Year Plan is an important period for promoting the comprehensive green transformation of China's economy and society, and also a key period for building a new type of power system in China. As an effective means of assisting in the aggregation and management of new energy, microgrids will become an important component of the future power grid. In the future, AI-BESS will continue to invest in research and development innovation, continuously improve core technologies, explore solutions for the construction of zero-emission microgrid parks, and contribute AI-BESS's capabilities to energy transformation
